Shipping & Return Policy – Chateau Marchetti®

At Chateau Marchetti®, we aim to deliver your order with care and clarity. From packaging to delivery, your peace of mind is part of the experience.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Economy shipping rates are based on your order total:

• $0–$64.99 → $6.99

• $65–$99.99 → $9.99

• $100 and up → $12.99

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

U.S. Returns:

We do not offer replacements. To request a return, email houseofmarchetti@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 3 calendar days at the customer’s expense. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds are processed after inspection. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

International Shipping (Final Sale):

We ship to select countries. International orders ship at a flat rate of $59.99. Estimated delivery: 6–18 business days. Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility. All international orders are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Requests after 5 days may not be eligible for review.
