Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer — but we will always keep you informed and updated.

Shipping Options & Rates (U.S. Only)

We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only. Our shipping structure is designed to be clear, fair, and accommodating:

• Free U.S. Ground Shipping on all orders up to $149.99

• Flat $9.99 Shipping on orders $150 and above

• Expedited Delivery (3–4 Business Days): $12.99, available at checkout

Carriers may include UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and best available route.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update and reflect current location details.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer replacements. If you’d like to request a return, please review the following:

• Email us within 24 hours of delivery at houseofmarchetti@gmail.com to request approval

• Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 calendar days

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels

• The item must arrive in its original, untampered condition with all packaging intact

• Refunds are issued only after a full inspection of the returned item

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and your order number. We will assess and respond accordingly. Final refund decisions are made at our discretion.
