Shipping & Return Policy – Chateau Marchetti®
At Chateau Marchetti®, we aim to deliver your order with care, clarity, and efficiency. Every detail matters — from packaging to delivery — because your peace of mind is part of the experience.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Our current U.S. shipping rates are:
• Orders $0–$64.99 → $6.99
• Orders $65–$99.99 → $9.99
• Orders $100 and up → $12.99
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
U.S. Returns & Refunds
We do not offer replacements. To request a return, email houseofmarchetti@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, returns must be shipped within 3 calendar days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be received in original, untampered condition with all packaging intact. Refunds are issued after inspection. For damaged or defective items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. Final refund decisions are made at our discretion.
International Shipping & Policy
We ship to select countries including Canada, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and parts of the Caribbean.
• Flat international shipping rate: $59.99
• Estimated delivery: 6–18 business days
• Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and must be paid by the customer
• All international orders are final sale – no returns or exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, email houseofmarchetti@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for review.
